Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains refund eligibility for AutoPubliq subscriptions. AutoPubliq is a product of Webixnet Pvt. Ltd., and all refunds are processed by Webixnet Pvt. Ltd. as merchant of record.

1. No Physical Returns

AutoPubliq is a software/SaaS service. No physical goods are shipped, so physical return policies do not apply.

2. 7-Day Refund Window

New paid subscriptions may request a refund within 7 calendar days from first successful payment, provided usage remains within reasonable evaluation limits.

3. Eligible Cases

  • Critical service failure not resolved within reasonable support timeline.
  • Duplicate/incorrect billing caused by payment processing issues.
  • Subscription purchased by mistake and reported promptly.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Requests after 7 days from initial payment date.
  • Abuse, policy violation, or account suspension events.
  • High-volume usage indicating substantial service consumption.

5. Process Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated by Webixnet Pvt. Ltd. within 7 business days and credited based on payment provider processing timelines.

Submit a support ticket from the Contact page with account email, payment reference, and reason for request.
