1. Legal Entity & Brand Ownership
AutoPubliq is owned and operated by Webixnet Pvt. Ltd. For contracts, invoices, payment gateway records, and transaction processing, Webixnet Pvt. Ltd. is the merchant of record.
2. Service Scope
AutoPubliq provides automation tools for content sourcing, AI rewriting, scheduling, and publishing integrations. Feature availability depends on selected plan.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Maintain credential security and API key safety.
- Use the platform in compliance with law and third-party platform rules.
4. Acceptable Use
Users must not use the service for unlawful content, malicious automation, copyright abuse, platform spam, or actions that risk infrastructure stability.
5. Billing & Subscription
- Paid plans renew per billing cycle unless cancelled.
- Upgrades may apply prorated charges.
- Cancellation remains active until current billing period ends unless otherwise specified.
6. Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for severe abuse, payment failure, or repeated policy violations. We may restrict service to protect platform integrity.
7. Disclaimer
Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability in all conditions and are not liable for indirect losses or third-party platform outages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights in other jurisdictions where required by law.
